Welcome to the Boston Architecture Diary, your essential guide to architecture exhibitions and events taking place across the city.
Enjoy the seasonal splendor as you walk through the beautiful estate abutting the Blue Hills Reservation and get a new perspective at the Eustis Estate. This one-hour guided tour will explore the fields, woodland, and gardens as you learn about the landscape and history of the property. The tour also examines the exterior architecture of the house and other original buildings built between 1878 and 1902.
Bring comfortable walking shoes and be sure to dress appropriately for the weather.
In honor of ArtWeek, we encourage you to photograph the landscape just as the original owner, W.E.C. Eustis, did in the 1890s. We will post selected photos on the Eustis Estate Facebook page.
