Family Design Day: Greening the City

16 June 10:30am - 12:30pm
Venue: BSA Space
290 Congress St.

Does the city need to be isolated from the natural world or can nature and natural processes be woven into the built environment to enable the city to function as a living system? Participants will tour NatureStructure, an exhibition exploring the ways in which architects and designers are employing sustainable means and then design their own urban structure that employs some of these techniques.

This family program is designed for parents and children aged five to 13 years old. A maximum ratio of one adult per three children will be required. Please register both children and adults.
