Welcome to the Boston Architecture Diary, your essential guide to architecture exhibitions and events taking place across the city.
As a finale to the BSA’s 150th anniversary, BSA Space will mount an exhibition showcasing the recipients of the 2017 BSA Design Awards. Through a combination of video installation, large scale graphics, and excerpts from jury comments, the exhibition will celebrate great design and the people who create it. Represented categories include Housing Design, Small Firms/Small Projects Design, Unbuilt Design, Honor Awards for Design Excellence, and the Harleston Parker Medal, recognizing the most beautiful structure built in Boston in the last 10 years. These outstanding achievements express the idea that all building industry professionals have the opportunity to positively affect their communities and the way we live.
Harelston Parker People's Choice Award Voting is live for the People’s Choice Award Poll at architects.org/peoples-choice-award until the day of the award ceremony. Choose for your favorite building and send the poll along to your friends and family to vote for their favorite as well! You may cast one vote before the deadline on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at 4:00 pm.
