RIBA South East London Architects Group invites you to tabletop discussions on methods of fee management, particularly sole practitioners and those in small practices. This is a peer learning event for sharing our experiences, learning different ways of doing things and common challenges and solutions.

Topics covered will include appointments, the scope of services and/or resourcing and crucially - lessons learned.

We’ll share how we’ve overcome difficulties as we set up and grow our businesses and what advice we would offer to others who are looking to set up or have setup recently;

We have a number of confirmed RIBA SELA members on board who will get the ball rolling with experiences of their own and a representative from the RIBA who will offer best practice guidance on fee management techniques.

This will be followed by our Annual General Meeting (AGM) to review what we’ve been up to this last year and our plans for 2018/19
