The London based architect will speak about his recent arts, education and residential projects.

David Kohn established his London based practice, David Kohn Architects, in 2007 and went on to win the UK's Young Architect of the year in 2009. Over the past decade the practice has completed a number of award winning designs including Carrer Avinyó, a refurbishment of a flat in Barcelona that won 'World Interior of the Year' in 2013, and A Room for London, the collaborative project with artist Fiona Banner commissioned by Living Architecture and Artangel after an international open competition.

Current projects include the refurbishment of the Grade I listed home of the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA) and new quad for New College, Oxford. Recently the practice has also won a number of international competitions, including a residential development in Berlin and new architecture faculty for the University of Hasselt in Belgium.

Architecture on Stage is a series of talks by the world's best architects programmed by the Architecture Foundation in partnership with the Barbican Centre.
