The British architect and co-founder of Benson + Forsyth will talk about the historical and cultural influences that have shaped the practiceOn graduating from the Architectural Association in the nineteen sixties, Gordon Benson and Alan Forsyth joined the architects department of the London Borough of Camden where they were responsible for a series of pioneering housing projects including the Branch Hill estate in Hampstead (pictured). Benson Forsyth's subsequent projects have included the extensions of the Museum of Scotland (1998) and National Gallery of Ireland (2002) and most recently, Gabriel Square, a major housing scheme in St Albans (2017).Architecture on Stage is a series of talks by the world's best architects programmed by the Architecture Foundation in partnership with the Barbican Centre.
