Open Garden Estates

18 June - 19 June
Organized by: Architects for Social Housing (ASH)
Multiple addresses across London
SE11 4HW

Open Garden Estates is a weekend long event hosted by housing estates across London which are threatened with demolition by developers, Local Authorities, Housing associations or by the devastating implications of the Housing and Planning Bill.

It is an opportunity to be shown around these estates and their public and private gardens by the residents, and to learn about the estates and the campaigns to save their homes.

There will be a variety of events taking place in each estate which may include talks by architects, gardeners and residents; walking tours; exhibitions; music and performances and parties.
