This spring the Soane has teamed up with Machine Books to look again at style – its meanings, uses and resonances.
Together with the the Future Cities Project, the publishers have created a series on the subject, edited by Austin Williams. Now, across a series of six events, speakers who have contributed to the ongoing series of essays Style: In Defence of… will argue for their chosen style in short, but powerful presentations, which will then be followed by debate and discussion among the audience.
