The RIBA London Architect Groups are communities of architectural professionals across the captial that serve the needs of architects living and working in London. 

 

The West London Architects Group spans the London Boroughs of 

Kensington and Chelsea, Hammersmith and Fulham, Brent, Ealing, Harrow, Hillingdon, Hounslow and Westminster. This event hosted by the WLA at the RIBA Forum, will be exploring the current landscape of business support for small practices.

Marianne Davys, Author of 'Small Practice and the Sole Practitioner'

Marianne runs her practice as a sole practitioner from her London office. Her book 'Small Practice and the Sole Practitioner' provides a comprehensive run down of and practical advice for tackling the issues faced by small practices in the sector.

 

Mark Potter, Potter, Church and Holmes.

Mark joins us to share how his small practice has been able to mobilise through collaboration in order to tackle increasingly bigger and more complex projects.

 

Fatkin Design

Fatkin Design are co-founded by Fiona Petch and Dan Gullock in 2015. Fiona and Dan run their office from their base in Shepherds Bush and will be sharing experiences gained during the first few years of going it alone. Click here to find out more.
