East Side Enclaves

16 June 11:00am - 1:00pm
Venue: Manhattan
New York

From Manhattan’s first historic district, Sniffen Court, to Beekman Place, this tour considers some of New York more unusual and desirable residential enclaves. Located in close proximity to midtown, we’ll view picturesque residences that challenged traditional lifestyles and the ever-present urban grid, including converted stables, a trend-setting high-rise apartment complex, and Paul Rudolph’s gravity-defying penthouse, a recently-designated landmark.
